There are three gender classes of competition: Men’s teams, Women’s teams, and Mixed teams, the latter being all teams that contain at least one female and one male rogainer. Within each gender class, all teams are in the Open age category.

- Youth (23 Years and Under): all team members must be 23 years of age or younger on 31st December of the year of competition.
- Open: all teams are in the Open age category.
- Veteran: all team members must be 45 years of age or over on 31st December of the year of competition.
- Super Veteran: all team members must be 55 years of age or over on 31st December of the year of competition. (Note: all Super Veteran teams are automatically in the Veteran class also).
- Ultra Veteran: all team members must be 65 years of age or over on 31st December of the year of competition. (Note: all Ultra Veteran teams are automatically in the Veteran and Super Veteran classes also)

Waiver

I understand that Rogaining, as an outdoor action sport, carries significant risk of personal injury. I know that there are natural and man-made hazards, environmental conditions, and risks which, in combination with my actions can cause me serious injury. I agree that I, as a participant, must take an active role in understanding and accepting these risks, conditions and hazards. I also agree that I, and not the organisers and officials of this event, WICKED ROGAINES or the land owners, am responsible for my safety while I participate in this event. By taking part in this event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group's aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform an event organiser.

And lastly a few rules that are important to us:
1) All team members must stay within 50metres of each other at all times
2) Packs and compulsory gear must be worn at all times.
3) All teams must compete within the spirit of the competition. We reserve the right to withdraw teams from the competition who fail to do so.
4) We also reserve the right to make any necessary decisions about any team or individual in regards to the events safety.

All competitors must carry the following compulsory gear:
– Two base layers polypropylene or wool
– Water proof jacket
– Hat and gloves polyprop or wool
– Leggings Poly prop or Merino
– Good footwear
– Water
– First aid kit per team
– One cellphone per team
– Whistle
– Compass
– Food
– Headlamp with spare batteries

The fees (incl. GST):
Early Bird (before 31st July 11:59pm)
15hr Adult – $175 per person*
15hr Youth – $125 per person*
6hr Adult – $80 per person
6hr Youth – $60 per person
6hr Secondary School – $50 per person
6hr Child (Under 12yrs) – $20 (must be competing with an adult)
3hr Adult – $30 per person
3hr Youth – $25 per person
3hr Secondary Scholl – $20
3hr Child (Under 12yrs) – FREE (must be competing with an adult)

15hr Adult – $195 per person*
15th Youth – $145 per person*
6hr Adult – $90 per person
6hr Youth – $70 per person
6hr Secondary School – $60 per person
6hr Child (Under 12yrs) – $25 (must be competing with an adult)
3hr Adult – $35 per person
3hr Youth – $30 per person
3hr Secondary Scholl – $25
3hr Child (Under 12yrs) – FREE (must be competing with an adult)

Late Entries (before 10th December 11:59pm, entries close at midnight)
15hr Adult – $215 per person*
15hr Youth – $165 per person*
6hr Adult – $100 per person
6hr Youth – $80 per person
6hr Secondary School – $70 per person
6hr Child (Under 12yrs) – $25 (must be competing with an adult)
3hr Adult – $40 per person
3hr Youth – $35 per person
3hr Secondary Scholl – $30
3hr Child (Under 12yrs) – FREE (must be competing with an adult)

Once you submit your registration, you will be required to make your payment through Poli or internet banking. Your entry will only be confirmed after you make the payment. Once we processed your entry, you will receive an email confirming your participation. Entries may take a couple of days to be processed.

REFUND POLICY

  • 80% refund – withdraw before 31st July 2023
  • 60% refund – withdraw before 30th September 2023
  • 20% refund – withdraw before 30th November 2023
  • No refunds for cancellation after 30th November 2023
