• All team members must stay together.
• Teams have 25min to complete each stage.
• Once the time is up, teams must move to next the stage.
• If a team completes all 3 challenges of the stage with spare time, they can complete a Bonus Challenge to score extra points.

Teams will score points for completing each challenge.

1. Mental – 5pts
2. Navigation – 10pts
3. Physical- 10pts
4. Bonus – 5pts

Teams will be allocated the order that they will complete the stages.
